Being a 2nd Generation Arizona Native, I have seen the valley and the Real Estate Market change and evolve over the years.  I specialize in the West Valley, including Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, El Mirage, Phoenix, Avondale, Goodyear, Buckeye and the Luke Air Force Base area.  This area has exploded in the last 10 years, and will continue to grow.  With the new Arizona Cardinal Stadium ( now University of Phoenix Stadium) and the Glendale Arena (now known as Jobing.com Arena) along with the adjacent Westgate Center, the West Valley is bringing in new residents, commercial business and investors.  Everyone is now realizing what I have known all along:  The West Valley is a great place to live!!!

I obtained my Real Estate License in 1982.  Real Estate is my full time Profession, not a part time job.  Beware of part time agents.  Most do not take the time to attend the wealth of education available and keep up on current trends in marketing and financing.

I also hold the Designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).  Only 4% of the Licensed Real Estate Professionals have obtained this designation.  The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements.

In October of this year I also obtained my Certified Distressed Property Expert designation.  The purpose of this designation is to educate myself on working in todays market! Short Sales are here to stay!  Lots of people are upside down in their homes here in the valley.

I also hold the Accredited Buyer Representation Designation, e-Pro, Certified Negotiation Expert and RMC (Realty Mortgage Counselor)
